Chemco Federal Credit Union will finance up to 90% of the equity in your main residence. The interest rate is variable and may change twice a year, May 1st and November 1st. You may request advances for a period of 5 years and a 10 year repayment period. Regular payments are required during the draw and repayment period. You only pay half the closing cost at time of closing.
