1st time LOGIN instructions for Chemco Federal Credit Union’s NEW online banking site:

If you are an existing Online Banking user, please use the following login instructions to our new Online Banking system:

Logon ID(User ID)

• If your login ID is your member number, you will be prompted to create a new logon ID
• If you have previously changed your Logon ID from your member number, your Logon ID remains the same as you changed it to

  Your Logon ID must contain at least 6-digits.
  If your Logon ID is less then 6-digits, you must enter leading zeroes to make it 6-digits.

  Example:
  Current Logon ID 12345 must be entered as 012345
  Current Logon ID is 1234 must be entered as 001234

Security Code (Password)

• Password is the word security (in lower case letters) and the last 4 digits of the account holder’s social security number.

  Example:
  security1234

• You will then be prompted to create a new security code/password

Once these are changed, you will use your NEW Logon ID and NEW security code/password the next time you log on then it will then prompt you to set up yoursecurity Questions and Answers.
